Participating Department is a program that Commonwealth emergency responders have an opportunity to participate in and be recognized as a certified fire professional at various levels in accordance with nationally recognized and sanctioned Professional Qualification standards. The purpose is to recognize those organizations that support, promote, and encourage their emergency response personnel to voluntarily certify within the Commonwealth’s Certification Program administered by the Office of the State Fire Commissioner.

We are extremely thankful to you for your support of Lower Saucon Fire Rescue. Like many municipalities, Lower Saucon Fire Rescue relies entirely on volunteer first responders to operate our three fire stations, and your financial support is vital to our emergency response efforts.

Although Lower Saucon Fire Rescue receives some funding from local, state and other government organizations, we must raise more than half of our annual budget from other sources. 100% of your tax-deductible donation is used to fund ongoing maintenance to our emergency response vehicles, equipment and buildings. We continually recruit new volunteers, and your donations provide for all gear, equipment and training to our volunteers. The men and women of Lower Saucon Fire Rescue are proud to serve you.

The gift of appreciated securities is a popular alternative to cash donations and can offer additional benefits to both you and Lower Saucon Fire Rescue. Click here to read more about some of these benefits.

All contributions to LSFR are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law as we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Thanks to your partnership, we're able to continue to provide the highest possible level of service in your time of need.
